Prompt #1

Living outdoors can be a very interesting thing, especially for people that are not used to it. It, as most things in life, has its pros and cons. Living in the city is very convenient, since everything that you need, such as schools, stores, and libraries, are in the same area. Things are not like this in the country. Things are sometimes miles away, and would take a while to get to. This would make it difficult to get everyday essentials. Also, if you have children, their school may not be very close to your home. This daily commute to their school can easily eat up gas, and, in essence, your money. However, in the country, you likely have a lot of land. Therefore, you can grow your own produce. Also, you can dig a lake and stock it with fish. With these changes, trips to the grocery store will be less frequent. Also, you can hunt different native animals, such as rabbits, bucks, and does.  Also, living in the country can help you to stay healthy. You can do some gardening, there is plenty of space to walk or run, and the hunting and fishing can help your health as well. Living in the country also can also be very relaxing because it is quiet and there is not much to distract you, like car accidents and sirens on the streets. So, even though some things are difficult to do in the country, I think that the positives outweigh the negatives.
